So it is recommended to follow a healthy diet plan strictly if you are thinking to stay healthy in life. Your diet should be in balance between carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Fiber-rich food is very important. Design your diet plan as per your weight and body type. It depends upon your activity and the nature of your job. If you are a sports person, your diet requirement is different from that of an office goer. Having a healthy and balanced diet plan is the secret key to staying healthy in life.

What water you are drinking?

Water is very essential to our body. Clean, clear, and tasteless water is recommended for drinking. If impurities are added to drinking water, such type of water is not safe for drinking. Intake of sugar and salt is not observed by many people. This is a bitter truth that sugar and salt which make your food tasty, are sufficient enough to meet your great health problem. Sugar has high calories. Salt has sodium. If you are not making a balance in their intake, surely it costs. Excess sugar intake gives extra weight gain. It also put you at risk of tooth decay, cavity, and other dental problems. Unbalanced salt intake put your health at risk. It increases your blood pressure. People who consume too much salt, get hypertension. Your heart is at risk if salt intake is above the recommended quantity. So if you want to stay healthy, always monitor your sugar and salt intake. It is very necessary to maintain the balance of salt and sugar in our bodies to stay healthy in daily life.

Be active throughout of the day

Various types of chronic diseases are related to such people who spent in sedentary activity. Involve yourself in physical activity to get a good health. Be active in your daily routine. If you are not going to the gym or playing any game, at least be active in domestic chores. As per your diet intake, your physical workout is required to be for that level. There are many options for a physical workout like gym, yoga, or playing any game. You can do running. Walking is most suitable for such persons who cannot play games or go to the gym. Food product which is easy to use, durable, tasty, and attractive fall under the category of processed food. It is also chemically treated or processed. Such food items are full of undesirable quality and quantity of fat and calories. Due to changes in lifestyle, we are diverted toward processed food. These foods are easily available and takes short time for preparation, so people are preferring them. But they are packed with high fat, salt, and sugar. Such foods are low in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These foods are the main reason for weight gain and obesity even in children. Soft drinks are high in calories due to the sugar added. Processed food is poor in the sense of nutrition. These food are better in taste only. No beneficial nutrients are inside processed food. Junk food has a negligible amount of nutrients. So it brings only disorder and no health benefits from such food. Consumption of such food items in excess results in cardiovascular disorder, metabolic imbalance, coronary heart problems, and diseases. Avoid processed food to stay healthy in daily life.

Personal hygiene 

Hygiene is related to behavior that improves cleanliness that helps in good health. How you care body is personal hygiene. It includes cleaning your body’s all parts externally.  Good personal hygiene is very necessary to prevent the spread of diseases. Hygiene is all about the preservation of good health. It prevents the spread of organisms that are the cause of many diseases. Maintaining good personal hygiene a person feel good about himself/herself. A healthy person always lives in a clean environment. Maintaining personal hygiene is very important to stay healthy in daily life. He follows good hygiene. He takes care of his surroundings and doesn’t split garbage and junk items. Proper disposal of waste is very necessary to prevent the spread of diseases. Among us, everyone is well aware of Corona Virus infection which spreads to the community level. Washing hands frequently, daily bathing, brushing teeth daily, and cleaning of the house are examples of personal hygiene. Besides personal hygiene, community hygiene like cleaning of road, society, disposal of wastes, etc is very necessary for the health of other people.

If you sleep deep and well, it improves your mental health. Your mood becomes fresh and your mind performance enhances. Lack of sleep and change in its order raises many health disorders. Obesity and health problem are two main health problems due to insufficient sleep. Maintain the sleep cycle and time of sleep at least 8 hours. There is a difference between good sleep and time spent in bed with a mobile in hand. The benefits of deep and good sleep are far beyond only resting. It reduces stress levels, improves mood, helps in weight management, decreases inflammation, and has fewer risks of diabetes and heart problems. A person who sleeps well has a strong relationship with people. If you have a random cycle of sleeping time, then there is a need to change your time to go to bed and wake up. It is a myth that I am feeling good and I am healthy in the next week or month or year.
